Fincraft Group LLC informs that it made payment for its third coupon fee for KZ2D00005949 bond (alternative platform KASE, bond category, NCOMb1) with the sum of 2 400 000 000,00 tenge.

Fincraft Group LLP (hereinafter Partnership) hereby notifies the holders of the Partnership's bonds that on December 31, 2020, the Sole shareholder of the Partnership made a Resolution to buyback the Partnership's bonds (ISIN KZ2P00006190) in the amount of 25,000,000 (Twenty-five million) at par value, plus accrued coupon interest and bonds of the Partnership (ISIN KZ2D00005949) in the amount of not more than 36,164,374 at par value, plus accrued coupon interest.

On September 4, 2020, the Fincraft Group made payment for its second coupon interest for KZ2P00006190 bond (alternative platform KASE, “bond” category, NCOMb2) to the amount of 1 625 000 000,00 tenge.

On July 7, 2020, the Fincraft Group made payment for its second coupon fee for KZ2D00005949 bond (alternative platform KASE, bond category, NCOMb1) with the sum of 2 400 000 000,00 tenge.

On commencement of mobilization works in “Qairat” project On 15 of June, 2020 mobilization works of “Qairat” project have commenced within the framework of realization by the company of the land development project with the total area of 202 hectares located at Turksib district of Almaty.

On 20 of May, 2020 S&P Global Ratings confirmed long-term and short-term credit ratings of the Fincraft Group at the “B/B” level, and a national scale rating at the “kzBB+” level, after the review of forecast of ratings from “Stable” to “Negative”, as well as removed rating from the list of UCO (“ratings under supervision in connection with the revision of the criteria”).
